Description:

Hazelnuts are the fruit of the hazelnut tree which grows here in the wild, but which also appears as a cultivated species. We process hazelnut kernels from size 9/11 up to 13/15. Hazelnuts are used widely by bakers, confectioners and chocolate factories. Correctly and importantly freshly roasted hazelnuts give a characteristic aromatic flavour to chocolate, nutty bars and nut creams.
