Ground poppy seed

Description:

The semi-product is designed for preparation of poppy filling or sprinkle.

Preparation is very simple and fast
the poppyseed is thermally stabilized
free of chemicals or preservatives
water or milk binding capacity is min. 35%

Filling preparation:

Mix the content with sugar and pour over with tepid water or milk to obtain mash consistency. Put aside for approx. 15 minutes and than work into a dough.

You can flavour the filling with damsoncheese, raisins, honey, cinnamon, etc.

Poppyseed, rice flour, sugar
