These are the seeds of the groundnut, blanched or in their skin. As with cashew nuts we process peanuts in two ways: by frying – giving the peanuts a better appearance but containing more fat, or by using “light” technology for roasting the peanuts in hot air. In the case of frying we use special palm oil and very fine salt. We offer various sizes of peanuts from the smaller 60/70 to 100/120, suitable mainly for bakers, confectioners and manufacturers of crispy snacks, up to size 40/50 and greater which we roast for other processors and which are used for end consumer products.
