Hazelnut flour

Description:

Hazelnut flour is made exclusively from size 9/11 hazelnut kernels. Our flour has a granularity of 0 - 2 mm and is suitable for preparing hazelnut creams or as a filling, for example, for Spa wafers. For greater shelf-life and to retain the aroma we vacuum pack hazelnut flour.

  • Pack size: 5, 10, 20 and 40 kg as standard. 3 and 5 kg vacuum packs also available.
  • Min. shelf life: 6 months. Shelf life extended by 3 months if vacuum packed.
