Granulated peanuts

Description:

Granulated peanuts are made from roasted peanuts, either blanched or in their peel. Depending on customers grading requirements we use 45/55 up to 100/120 size nuts. This product is ideal for decorating bakery and confectionary products, or for sprinkling on ice-creams. To increase shelf-life and retain the aroma we vacuum pack this product.

  • Granularity: 2 - 4 mm
  • Pack size: 5, 10, 20 and 40 kg as standard. 3 and 5 kg vacuum packs also available.
  • Min. shelf life: 6 months. Shelf life extended by 3 months if vacuum packed.
