Description:

Cashew nuts – seeds of the tropical Cashew tree. We process cashew nuts in two ways. Either by frying, giving cashew nuts a better appearance, but containing more fat, or using “light” technology for roasting cashew nuts in hot air. We process various sizes and quality of nuts according to customers requirements. We offer SSW quality which is suitable for bakers and confectioners, or W 320 – 450 which is used for consumer packaging. As cashew nuts are very brittle they are sent through a sorting line before final packaging in order to achieve a high level of quality.
